For those that just watched the speech, how's this for contrast tonight? I can't wait for the general election to hit high gear.

For the actual contrast.

Mccain is such a sad, stuttering old man. And that fake little smirk he had out every time he said "That's not change we can believe in." UGH! I almost puked.

Anyone see the Daily Show last night where Stewart interviewed Hilary's campaign spokesman?
One of the funniest pieces of TV I have seen in recent memory - if the fellow believed everything he was saying, I genuinely feel terrible for him, because he was the most sad and delluded fellow I have seen in quite some time, and that's taking into account the fact that I post on TA and encounter sad, delluded individuals on a daily basis.
I wish I could find a video of it just so I could watch it again. Comic genius.
Do I even need to express how much of a problem I think that it is that nothing but positive posts pass her website's mods. Not to mention that tonight, following the fact that Obama clinched the necessary number of delegates, her mods permit posts bashing him and encouraging her to run as an independent. And she wants to be the VP and have Obama help her pay off her campaign debt? her.
Dude, it's a message board with comments, I'm sure I could find a pro-slavery forum or pro-rape or something... The fact is, she's going to drop out sometime in the next week or week and a half, obviously, I don't see how anything has to do with her mods lol... You really expect the all-powerful mods to allow comments like "It's about time, bitch!"? It's not like she hand-selected a few powerful individuals to be in charge of it all, it's kids in college probably working for free. This goes to show that whatever people can find wrong with her and her campaign, no matter what, they will, even her website's blog's message moderators disgusts you, give me a break.

Failure so hilarious you can taste it. I think this thread will serve as a great place for people who don't have a clue what they're talking about to comment on the election, we'll keep my thread for the big kids.

If only we were selecting our President on his speech-reciting abilities :( For the record, I am voting and supporting him in November, but I'm one of millions of people in this country that's really nervous about this election... He better do something to give faith to the 49% of the people who didn't vote for him, and I'm not talking about a speech.
