I would think the lineup will be out by Monday of the memorial weekend. That way people dont cancel their vegas plans saying "oh that DJ is playing at EDC? meh let's just skip MDW in vegas then"
I know I would've cancelled my Vegas trip this sunday to see Armin at the Marquee if he said he'll be at EDC. Saves me $$$
BTW, the lockers for EDC are available already.

In the end though it ends up costing many MORE money because they waited to book and the price increases for hotel and airfare have been significant. |

That true. But hotels have either 48 or 72 hours full refund cancellation policy so i booked rooms for those dates as soon as event was announced without knowing the lineup. |

If you're driving to town thats fine but I suspect a large portion of the attendees are flying in...then what? |
