Henry - if it ends up being at the Speedway, would be nice to maybe have shuttles from strip hotels to the venue. Just a suggestion to pass along to Pasquale :) |

| If they have shuttles it means setting up "official hotels" .. and not sure if strip hotels would be big on that when the event is 18+. Would be nice though. |

We know Insomniac will have the free water stations at least (BECAUSE IT'S POLICY WITH INSOMNIAC NOW, RIGHT?)...I just hope they prepare and have a more to cut down on lines because the water lines should be busier if people are taking care of themselves.
This event could be something crazy if the lineup is right and ther's no issues with parking or trying to get into the venue (Vegas isn't used to this type of event). Not worried about the production. |
TAO 2011 didn't supply free water. All of the water fountains were shut off. |

I'm sure they'll have something like that planned already. We're doing it for Beyond Wonderland and the hotel packages. |

There's been many times were the booking agency has the artist listed for a certain venue and they end up playing somewhere else. I've seen this happen many times for massive type events, very rare for club appearances. Or the artist has been taken off that certain date when it was listed previously. |

not really...they have Gray Line shuttles, do airport shuttles, and tours, but also this weekend, doing nascar shuttles from the speedway back to the strip....so im sure they would cash in |
