No Prob, I knew that Pasqual was working on each "group" individually. Every time I saw him in Miami he was talking with a different person, obviously trying to work things out for EDC. I even spoke to him and Zee (x AMG head, now working for Wynn) at the Beatport party in Miami and then Monday morning at Space they were also together.
Those are the politics of this stuff, you take care of me (like a vacation somewhere with all my friends or a table/cabana at X Y Z event etc etc) and I will put in a good word for you and or charge you less of a percentage to use X Y Z Dj that I have a contract with.
It's sad how EVERYTHING in ing life turns into politics... |

Oh so the Las Vegas clubs have exclusive contracts with the DJs? So what, the clubs wouldn't let EDC book a lot of those DJs unless they threw them a couple grand or something? Veeelly indedesting. I guess they really didn't have buttoned up until these last few weeks. Dam EDC must have been ting themselves. |

how are the 3 day passes supposed to work? just slide/scan and thats it? or is there like something you have to present along side it or something? |

They had most of the talent locked in, just some were still up in the air.
Some still are in the air...one is a DJ just played at Marquee and was scheduled to play at EDC a few years ago and backed out last minute. I hope the DJ ends up on the final line up... |

I'm to lazy to read the last 30 pages that I have missed on this thread but I will say that...
The majority of the "tba" acts are local SD/LA/Vegas bookings. Don't expect more than a handful of headliners to be added (if anymore). Expect an ARMY of local DJ's instead.
Think Ultra with 123123123 acts and about 30-40% of them are small talent guys. |

I hope they're not closing EDC Sunday after Infected Mushroom in the Cosmic Meadow stage, there's a HUGE chunk of time after IM is done.

I'd rather seem them Saturday Main Stage since the lineup is weak. And I can get ready for my flight after Markus finishes. lol.
