it's so ridiculous now that it's comical.
this is getting worse and worse with each event, watch next year they won't even announce the dates, the states, the venue, when the event starts, and dj's. they will make you be on call the entire summer haha |

Like I'm confused how does insomniac find it ok in anyway not to release anymore of the goddamn lineup by now? Have you guys ever taken this long? And is the event still going until 7am? Your show is less then a month away yet all you have confirmed for the general public is tiest, fagvid gayta, and swedish house mafia.
Like can you please explain to me the reasoning behind keeping the lineup hush hush for this damn long!?!?! No other promoter does this ... Good luck with taking that number one spot from ultra at the idmas next year, or better yet coming out infront of demf or electric zoo

even though i live here, the lineup shenanigans have forced me to refuse getting a 3 day pass. tiesto has a residency here and david guetta i don't care for, so i'll be there sunday on the basis of SHM only... it's a shame because i'm sure there are going to be stellar performers on all days. the biggest reason that i shelled out so much cash for this is to finally see a large EDM event OUTSIDE of all the club / bottle / table glitz here in vegas that i have to work around every night.
it is sort of ridiculous... but there is demand and the tickets are selling so why would insomniac care (unless, of course, they had a bigger heart for the scene and music then they do for money these days)
even though i have zero cost for transportation and lodging, i will not be going all three days and i know several locals who decided to do the same on fri and sat also. if 3 day pass sales are what this lineup lockout looked to achieve, it failed... more importantly, its left a lot of frustrated patrons and given the insomniac brand a bad look.

ASIDE FROM ALL THIS... anyone else just going for individual days? i would REALLY like to see tritonal either friday or saturday so if any of you know someone with 3 day passes who can't make one of the days / will be leaving early / has a single pass they can't use, please hit me up!! |

Wow! I can't believe how many pages this thread is at.. and still no line up posted??? What is going on?
I'm wondering if the show is going to happen at all? :nervous:
I've been going to Insomniac's shows for ten or more years and this is appalling. They were better organized ten years ago. Their reputation was always solid and now everybody is saying such horrible things and pulling out, sigh. Doesn't look good for them :( |
