They are sold out.
First batch of Fri and Sat ONE day tickets were $75 on Saturday. Sold out within an hour I believe

2nd Batch of Fri and Sat ONE day tickets were $100 today at noon. Sold out within 5 minutes

**edit** someone on facebooks posts that the retail stores now have tickets and they're NOT sold out yet....of course. Not sure if they're single or 3 day passes

Why would you need to make fun of insomniac again?

i've supported insomniac for the last 3 yrs and have never complained, but here are a few gripes.

1)ticket prices - i know it's industry standard, UMF, Electric Zoo, etc, so fine, i'll pay $100 for a ticket.
2)why release tickets in sets of price allocations. just do it like you've always done it and increase the prices while having tickets available. people will go this event regardless, no need to create 'sold out' hype.
3)release the damn lineup or part of it, i personally can't endure 3 days of EDC, i'm sure I speak for others as well, so give us an idea of the talent before tickets are $160 for single day when we finally decide.

I'm getting married that weekend, and we thought of moving up the wedding depending on the talent, so we haven't sent out invitations yet. But since there's no line up yet, and as much as I like Tiesto, and my fiance loves Guetta, they are not enough to makes us wanna move up the wedding. We were planning on doing a cheap honeymoon in Vegas, so we might go on Sunday for SHM. I really wish we had a line up already, my gf is tired of waiting. Eitherway, it looks like a lot of our friends will be going to EDC.

For those of you that have seen Guetta at a festival, does he play a proper set? Or will the majority of his set sound like something I can hear at a hip-hop club?

his show at the palladium last nov was actually pretty good. he played some hard ass house songs.

it wont be quite hip-hop club, but won't be what he played before he became mainstream either.

if i decide to go, will definitely pick him as the main 'headliner'

Thanks for the input

And good grief, tickets jumped to $100 dollars for Friday and Sat? Are you kidding me?

Looks like the best thing to do now is buy the 3 day pass. Anyone know if I can give the 3rd day away to a friend if I'm all partied out?
