I also want to point out for some people that there is a completely unannounced stage lineup at this time. "The Dome" just plain doesn't load, so some acts that are confirmed may be there.
I sincerely hope they aren't claiming that stage to be VIP only. That'd kind of be lame to be saying its a six stage event. Not saying I think it is, but it'd be a bit of shame if it was. It would explain the price difference however.
So yea, we have some artist's confirmed on their own websites that haven't been announced. Let's see when that final stage gets fleshed out.
Also, it looks like my friends want to go, so we will be picking up tickets. However, I do want to note disappointment over the lineup as a whole in one thing: It is really, really similar to last year's. My friend that went with me last year counted up the artists we heard last year and one's that are again appearing this year, wound up that at least 15 of them were there again. While that's not a really bad thing for the artists we like, I had thought the large period of the festival would have brought more variety to the lineup. Oh well, I'm sure it will be enjoyable, though I would have preferred knowing much much sooner. |

Will The Dome be an accessible stage for everyone or is it a VIP only stage, kind of like the Giant sponsored or Om sponsored stages years back?
Just wondering. |
