doubtful that Daft Punk will perform @ EDC. In the RAAARRRRREEEE chance they actually do, there will be so many newbs trying to go to EDC who they associate EDM as the Daft Punk, Guetta, Tiesto, Deadmau5.
I have some friends who refuse to go to house/trance shows with me because that music "isn't their thing", but at the first drop of the word Daft Punk they get all excited. LOL |

Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan and would LOVE to see Daft Punk perform.
I just find it funny that non EDM fans go ape over Daft Punk. |

Got the site to work properly using my desktop PC. Individual round trip tickets are $30 Fri, $40 Sat $30 Sun, so even if only going two days, the 3-day pass is a deal for $60 RT. At Beyond Wonderland, taxis were charging a "special $20 event rate" for a one way 10 min trip to and from my hotel ($40 RT!), also waited nearly 3 hours for a taxi at the end. One can only hope these shuttles would be more organized...
The same company also provides airport transfers for $12 RT (just use the same URL, but drop "EDC" from the end). That seemed like a great deal as well, will give my opinion again on this service after EDC! |

One of the best nights of my life when they played here in 07, they really know how to put on a memorable show. But comeon, Daft Punk could sellout the Coliseum if they had their own show, they don't need piece of promoters like Insomniac or Go Ventures. |
