If I had to answer that real simply, Mel, I'd say roughly that it's because I genuinely (serious post is serious) believe that Palin represents only things that I feel are very, very wrong in this country, and her shear incompetency is an insult to a political process that is really already a joke to the rest of the world.
Her candidacy is a slap in the face to anyone who pays attention.
