what about the questions going around about how he isn't playing by the rules when it comes to fundraising?
newsmax article |
Seems to me the McCain campaign is pissed of they have to rely on government funds for their campaign...It's politics as usual. They're trying everything in the book to bring down the Obama campaign. From frivelous lawsuits to campaign donation allegations. What's next? Obama is a secret terrorist loving muslim? Oh...already been done...:stongue:...
Now, can you find me an article not from a blatantly right wing website? You know, like Associated Press, Reuters, etc? NewsMax is known for conservative spin on issues such as the Jeremiah Wright sermon. They stated as fact that Obama was in attendance for that infamous sermon. This "fact" was 100%, wholesalably, FALSE. They should take out the "News" part of their name, because frankly, they don't qualify as journalists in any sense of the word. |

by reading the responses on TA, i can sort of figure that the voters don't care if there's the slightest possibility that obama isn't a "natural-born us citizen" and that they want obama in the office... is that right? |
No, you're wrong...again...Obama was born in Hawaii, therefore making him a natural born citizen. But honestly, is this all you've got? Can we talk about the issues, because this one clearly, is a worthless piece of garbage conjured up purely for political reasons. |

it makes sense to address an issue of importance, are you qualified to be president? that's why mrs. obama made that statement at the dnc about how they would also provide mental health... i'm very forgiving but when it comes to people who depend on underground organizations or communities to get their way above the law, i do get scared... |

wait, it's the whole world, right? |
Sadly, it is.
Did you think that Bush waging war on a couple of countries had/has no impact for anyone outside of the US, or the countries being invaded? Australian troops were sent over too, as were troops from many other countries. We have a coalition, right? Though it wasn't our war(s).... And to think that now, a new US president might be voted in, to continue the same thing?
Yeah, it's an issue.
But, I don't get to vote, so what good is anything I say? :) |

An issue of importance? It's a frivelous lawsuit bound to be thrown out of court. It won't see the light of day. What should scare you is McCain choosing the totally unqualified VC pick, Sarah Palin, especially at a time like this, and when McCain is so old. McCain was one of the supporters of deregulation of the financial industry and now he rails against it?
It's ok though, there is no chance in hell McCain is going win. People are sick and tired of the Republican failures and will vote for the opposition. The "Contract with America" is long over. The Republican Party is shambles...hell, why do you think Ron Paul did so well? The party is fragmenting. |

Now you're going off on a tangent. Can we stay on the subject at hand? |
