Unforseen? Are you ing kidding me? We've been raping the out of the Middle East for as long as I can remember. The way I see it we're stay way up on them, and the attacks they've succesfully carried out on us are nothing but a drop in the bucket. Truly though terrorist attacks are anything but unforseen and are a direct result of what happens when you with countries who can't fight back. You don't see us invading any countries with nuclear arsenals now do you?

I don't like Clinton either broad. But if forced to answer then yes I do think our foreign relations were better and our economy wasn't being run into the ground fighting unnecessary wars.
