Clearly, Obama is eligible for President. Apparently, "Obama's Crimes" failed to read the damn constitution........Only uninformed idiots would fall for that website's BS...

where did you get that?

i checked it on wikipedia and this is the legal language i found:

or "citizens at the time of the Constitution's adoption"

whatever that means, citizens at the time of the Constitution's adoption... huh?

anyone care to clarify?

anyways, do you mock the us federal courts?

do you think mr. berg overlooked the legal language you pointed out?

come on!

That's interesting. But, how come Arnie can't run for the presidency? Isn't he a citizen, and for more than 14 years? Or could he actually run? Forgive my ignorance, I'm not very well versed in US politics.

you missed out the comma which does change the meaning.

ok so maybe the comma is supposed to be there, but what does "at the time of adoption of the Constitution" mean?

isn't that quite a while back, like according to wikipedia, "The United States Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787" ??
Trance Nutter
yeah I'm not going to enter into it as I don't know enough about the American constitution or the way its interpreted.

and isn't that a perfect reason for obama to justify a need to change the constitution? it's seriously "outdated?"

i think, while it may be "outdated," it works... isn't that what really matters?

Where did I get it? The US constitution...maybe?

The phrase, "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution", simply means the rules laid out are in effect upon the ratification of the document.

Do I mock the federal courts? Uh, no. This lawsuit is a sad attempt to discredit Obama, if not on issues in a free and fair election, than by a lawsuit. This is a frivelous lawsuit filed by a political hack. OBAMA WAS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES. This frivelous lawsuit is obviously a political ploy. Who the hell is paying Phil Berg? Ahh, he hangs out with the likes of the Muslim hating Michael Savage...interesting...:o

hmm ok so does it mean that obama can be president even if he was born in kenya and his mother (a us citizen) was not over 19?
