watched a good 45 min of this on cp24 - wow! queen st shops vandalized :(; why did they spend so much money on security, yet not consider preparing for these riots which we knew were going to happen...maybe by .removing trash cans and other 'potential weapons' etc so they won't find their way through a shop's windows!

They bring other weapons, I keep seeing ice picks and hammers being shown on the news.
