Although I am for an inquiry into the actions of Blair and other higher ups I find this method a complete waste of time. This protest will do nothing in swaying the powers that be.

edit: the best thing to do is to contact the Toronto Police Services Board and your MP and MPP.....which I may do...still debating.

I have already done those things.

If the politicians arent swayed by 1000s of voters on their front lawn, at least protesting will keep the issue on the front page.

Protesting is a way to communicate both to the government and the public.

As i said, i dont agree with most protester's issues. But this is a very important issue to me.

I might double protest.

REPEAL THE HST on one side my sign and INQUIRY NOW on the other

this guy is jokes. Foolish but jokes. He did commit a serious crime though. Impersonating a police officer is a really serious offence.

Dumbass

LOL!!!

I just saw on the news that he got arrested at Pearson and held for 48 hrs for what????

Impersonating a police officer...

He has his next appearance in Aug...

I still think he was funny though...

It may be a waste of time you but for others it is a way to fight for our rights and speak for ourselves.

it has a better chance of bringing around change then chanting and holding signs.

If you want to fight for your rights then do it in a manner that actually does something.

I agree with Jay that it will keep it in the minds of people for now but it will not have any affect on the powers that can make an inquiry happen. Thousands of phone calls, e-mails and letters to our representatives in government stand a better chance of working....since they are our voices.

Repeat repeat repeat like it or not is the number 1 rule of getting your point across. Its the number one marketing rule. Eventually more people will hear the message the more often it is put out there.

you and I both know that come two weeks from now there will be no one at Queens Park demanding an inquiry about this....heck I give it till Monday...then it will fade into the background because people will have moved on.

It also ends up in everyone's spam box when they heard too much.
