Am i the only one who thinks this is most likely a plant? A sort of agent provocateur move so to speak?

This whole thing looks and smells fishy to me

It does seem fishy....it could be a sort of agent provocateur or just a training session of sorts to see what the police will consider suspicious activity.

so this container would have survived 100 kmh on the 400 highway from the boonies? He wouldnt have been pulled over until a block away from the fence? The cops routinely line up weapons and any other evidence in a neat order along a sidewalk on the scene for the media? Dont they tend to brown bag and fingerprint that kind of stuff?

Seems really suspicious to me

haliburton is not butt nowhere

It is most likely what it is...a sick person doing something stupid.

I was trying to suggest to jay that maybe its not the police trying to entice the public into doing something wrong...but more a tool used in helping the police protect us.

hmmmmmm nice twist.

So all this happened to go down a block away... they nail him "due to g20 security" and now it has nothing to do with g20. I bet the backstory of nothing to do with it wont be as widely reported.

Really smooth execution if u ask me.

and i quote the guy on the news

"this is why they are spending 1.3 billion dollars, because of idiots like him"

BTW no mention yet on cp24 that its nothing to do with g20. In fact quite to the contrary

To be honest it is not really conspiracy. I mean look they have to somehow justify the billion god damn dollars security costs for all this otherwise Harper is ed the next election. Dont be surprised if the Police instigate the violents first.

Undercover Mountie escorted off Ryerson campus
Officer said she was there to monitor G20 protesters

Check out Shannon Higgins — The Eyeopener (Ryerson University)
TORONTO (CUP) — An undercover RCMP officer had to be escorted out of Ryerson University's student newspaper office by campus security on June 23 after she refused to leave when asked.

Around 4:30 p.m. RCMP officer Leslie Tull attempted to use the Eyeopener's office to monitor about 10 quiet G20 protesters in Ryerson's student union building.

Dressed in plain clothes, Tull refused requests to leave while asking several staff in the office if they knew how many exits the building had and if the protesters could be kicked out.

After Tull provided her name and badge number, Eyeopener editors called the RCMP to make sure the details were true. After they were confirmed, they asked Tull to leave the office again. She refused.

Eyeopener staff then called campus security to remove Tull from the work space.

Security personnel said they were unaware of the RCMP's presence on campus and that they were not dealing with any ongoing problems with protesters at the time.

Toby Whitfield, Ryerson's students' union president and manager of the building, had security escort Tull out of the building.

"We want to provide a safe space for people to discuss G20 issues. People have the right to get together and talk and demonstrate," said Whitfield.

He said the protesters were just talking and are allowed to be in the building as long as they remain peaceful. He added he wouldn't be surprised if more undercover RCMP found their way into the building during the summit.

"It's a reality check... I feel like it's going to happen again this week."

Ryerson security was unable to comment, but did say the situation had been resolved.
