So, kleines Review von gestern Abend im Rohstofflager! Hab nicht wirklich Lust das alles noch zu übersetzen und poste es einfach mal in Englisch ;)
Apparat is the shizznit!!! Somehow he had to get on earlier, so I missed about 1/4 of his performance but I got the opportunity to talk to him afterwards.
He played only breaks stuff which was awesome and fitted perfectly as warm up from 00:00 till 01:00. I almost freaked out when I heard the mf awesome strings of charlie's house [Neuer Nathan Fake track im Apparat Remix]. Had to close my eyes all the time because it was so beautiful :h . And the track after that, the last one, was awesome too. Dunno what it was though.
As mentioned above I talked to him for a few mins afterwards. A very down to earth guy. He got a cold at a gig in slovenia and therefor wasnt that ravin as at other gigs. When I asked him if the track before the last one was his remix of charlie's house he was surprised as hell. "how could you know that? No one ever played that before." :monobrow I smiled and told him about the radio1 show which featured 3 of nathan's tracks. He also told me that it's great workin with james [holden] and co because they dont put you under pressure to get a remix finished. James also sent him a new track. I asked if it was lump (tried to describe it for him). Didn't seem so. Forgot to ask if it was the Depeche Mode remix. At the moment he is working at his dance album together with Ellen Allien. Will be more 4/4 sound this time.
After Apparat Sascha Funke was on. Too straight for my taste so we, DaWoods, his girlfriend and me went to the other floor to check out some local djs.
Later The Hacker was on. As expected very oldschoolish electro sound. Was ok.
If I remember right M.I.A. from germany went on and rocked the crowd with many break tracks.
Last act was Smash TV. Holy lord that guy went mentally crazy behind his pc and fx! Fitted perfectly to his battletech sound. Very nice and agressive with many plays with his microphone and feedbacks, distorted vocals,...
That's it. Overall a great night with my friends and good music :)

diese merkwürdig gebrochenen breaks gehen mir auch auf den sack, doch ab der mitte des tracks gibts nen part wo überhaupt keine beatstruktur da ist, und nur diese schöne melodie kommt :crazy:

häh?? Also bei dem Trentemoller (breaks) mix, den ich habe ist sowas nicht drin, im Heads Mix dagegen umso mehr. Stimmt da vielleicht mit den file names was nicht?
