Zopas bereikte mij het nieuws dat voormalig Extreme resident Peter Novak deze ochtend is overleden aan de gevolgen van een slepende ziekte.

Nochtans die Regi komt toch genoeg met zijn kop op tv, hij heeft zijn eigen docusoap en vult het sportpaleis. Maar singles verkopen aan de lopende band lukt niet?
Anderzijds resultaten zoals Technotronic en 2 Unlimited zal geen enkele Belgische dance producer ooit nog halen. |

Singels verkopen voor Regi & co lukt wel, in België. Zij behaalden als ik mij niet vergis met Milc Inc 25 top 10 hits op rij.
De groepen die hoger genoteerd staan scoren vooral in het buitenland waar zoiezo veel meer inwoners zijn. Kijk ook naar de posities van DJ Frank en Junior Jack. Een groep als Fiocco die vooral in België succes had staat dan weer een pak lager. |

Overhypte groepen scoren de eerste twee weken goed, maar om jaar na jaar na jaar te blijven verkopen moet je iets meer te bieden hebben dan alleen een geniaal popdeuntje.
En Bobbejaan Schoepen, op 14 met 5 miljoen platen, das verdekke ni slecht voor een kempisch boereke dat ook nog eens een pretpark uit de grond stampte.
