I actually didn't know that: the Portuguese word for "wives" is "esposas", but handcuffs is "algemas" here. I didn't expect it to be the same word in Spanish.
I also laughed when he compared the cognates (car/carro) and then got frustrated at the word "milk". We too find this word very frustrating, actually. "Milk" is masculine here, not feminine... it puzzles the hell out of us :p |

Yeah, I saw the cognate joke coming though. But it was ok.
I think in Spanish is feminine: La leche. |

Indeed it is, and it's masculine in Portuguese: O leite.
It's one of those idiosyncrasies that make our languages different :p |
