at the end of the day this was a bad game between 2 teams that did not look like they could make the playoffs.
and yes chem, if the habs lose against the leafs this year i will keep my part. |

WITH DOUBLE THE SHOTS MTL HAD
nothing new/surpising here...just ing sucks when you watch them lose like that, its really pathetic/sad |

There are some positives to take from the game. They got a lot of shots on net which is always good and they didn't give up a lot of shots on net. Goaltending will be an issue all year. I also noticed that everyone was finishing their checks....Toronto is definitely going to be a tougher team this year. The penalty killing still looks suspect....but its only one game.
Next is Ovechkin and the Caps.....I don't think we will see two points in that one....Ovechkin was on fire tonight against Boston. |
Yeah we've definitely got some grit this year, but consistent goaltending is a constant issue.
