Well, about time the Toronto Maple Laughs really start to stink.

Time to get rid of the deadwood and start fresh with youngsters.

Heh. The vets that Leafs should have kept (IE Nieuwendyk) are doing good.

Quinn is a good coach but his days in Toronto are done. As a coach you are hired to be fired and it's his time. The team is just not responding to him anymore.

The leafs look sad.....there is no speed, no team work, no defence...it's time to retool and get younger and faster.

Ken Klee is gone for some no name prospect and Luke "God I'm Getting Old" Richardson is back in Blue and White.

A Klee for Richardson trade isn't all that bad.....which really, that is what this is.

Can't wait to see what else happens today.

Question: What's the difference between the Toronto Maple Leafs and a cigarette machine?

Answer: The cigarette machine has PLAYER'S.

:haha: :haha: :haha:

Question: Why don't the Maple Leafs drink tea?

Answer: Because the Canadiens have all the Cups!

hmmmm....a joke about two teams that are not going to make the playoffs....doesn't seem so funny.

On a bright note....the leafs did play well last night and pulled off a win....now only 4 points out of a playoff birth. I hope they can pull off a playoff birth. There is talent on this team and I think some of that talent is starting to show. Allison has been a man on a mission as of late. Sundin has stepped it up and is playing like someone finally lit a fire under his ass.

Still too slow though.

Good to see some hustle and crashing the net (which a lot of their goals came from last night)

Belfour is done as a leaf

Eddie is done....he had a good run at it...too bad the leafs didn't have a good run at it tonight. I couldn't even watch it was such bad hockey. Both teams looked terrible.

argh....wat a terrible game. nothing went right for them. i dont think that quinn shouldve kept telly in the game. pulling the goalie wouldve showed the players how much they sucked tonight.
