and how about williams having 5 goals on 15 shots. watching last nights game, that guy has such a quick release.
also liked how pogge played. made a couple saves that would've made it a 1 goal game. how long is toskala supposed to be out? |

Toskala is expected to start tonight but they may give him tonight off and start Pogge again. I think Pogge deserves another game to show his stuff...give Toskala an early Christmas present and let him rest until after the holiday break.
Edit: It blows my mind that they are only 3 points out of a playoff spot right now. When a team is trying to rebuild its not good for them to be in this position....hopefully Burke doesn't cave into fan pressure (because there will be) to try and make the playoffs this year. The leafs have to stick with their original plan and prepare for the future. |

| I know a lot of people don't like McCabe but booing him just shows how pathetic Toronto Fans are. At one time McCabe was one of the best Defenceman on the team and people thought he could do no wrong. I would much rather see Sundin booed then McCabe but that will never happen as Sundin seems to be able to do no wrong in the eyes of Leaf Fans. |

i was watching sportecentre when they asked him about how he would feel about people booing him. the response was more along the lines of "they booed me while i was playing here so i don't think anything will change and i'm quite used to it".
seemed to be very at ease about it and think nothing of it. |

That's b/c Sundin never scored an own goal in OT. |
