If the leafs were smart they would trade him while he's worth something! |

they cant, he has a no trade clause. he will only be traded if he wants to be. also, most teams dont have that kinda money to buy him with the salary cap. |

I'm suprised Sundin wouldn't want to be traded...atleast to try and win a cup before he retires..we all know he ain't winning one in TO in his last couple years |

its really not whether he wants to, its if the other teams want him. most teams have a number 1 player thats being more productive than sundin is right now. and like i said, most teams are just under their salary cap which means they cant bring in an expensive player like sundin to their organization. |

Toronto needs to go to Sundin and explain that they are going to start rebuilding and give him the option of staying or trying to go to a cup contender. Toronto should do everything in their power to make sure he goes to a team that he wants to go to. Sundin is still worth something and they are better off trading him for something now then letting him retire here. Get a first round draft round draft pick and a solid second line winger |

ok wow that was a close one at the end. pretty exciting though.
but in all honesty, how does raycroft get the 2nd star? he definitely get more credit than he actually deserves.
not one single game that hes been in has he played a full 60min that you can say, yeh hes a good goalie which is why he's our number one. in that 7 game skid, more blame shouldve came his way for sure.
and right now, i think thats the most important part thats lacking in the lineup. we saw that the leafs can score, but not one game this season have i seen which had great goaltending. |

So they hold on for the Win?
I had to leave w/ 27.3 seconds in the game! Got scared they weren't going to hold on after the last 5 minutes...
Whatever...doesn't matter how they won...
They needed the win to boost their confidence... |

Confidence for what? Hasn't this past two weeks said anything? The Leafs suck, they will not make the playoffs, and its time they change a few things up. |
