I am so used to hockey not being on anymore that I only caught the last little bit of the game...not looking good guys....they better get practicing! |

I am basing it off the way they performed....as Dufouria said Lindros looked lazy....and they just didn't look like they really had it together
I know it is only early in the season hence my comment on needing more practice as I am sure that most of the players are pretty rusty after the time off |

| The pre-season means nothing. In all honesty I think the leafs will finish behind the sens in second in their division. The leafs will make it to the second round of the playoffs and loose in that round. |

I do realize that it's just a pre-season game, but first impressions do mean alot.
I thought this was the best I've ever seen Antropov play. He actually skated. Marchment was the best defencemen for the Leafs last night
McCabe really looked bad out there despite those 2 assists. He really made some terrible passes and givaways.
btw I hate the new rule "clear the puck into the stands from your end and it's a penalty." |

you can't say that.
it would look bad if they were losing to the hurricanes or the predators. but the sens have always been a good rival for TML. |

| the leafs were 0-3 last year against the sens in the pre-season last year i believe and look what happened. |

the pre-season means SQUAT...
Belfour wasn't even in net, Allison wasn't in the lineup, and they have to get used to all the rule changes.
give them some time to gel...I think Toronto will have a more than respectable season! |
