So, none of the stores at shopping.yahoo.com ship overseas? You emailed all of them?
Why don't you ask at www.headwize.com and www.head-fi.org??

aah this may be a bit l8 but thx heaps to all for the info in response to my original post :)
I guess I will find out just how really crap my MDR-CD170s r when I check out some of the cans mentioned in this and other threads :)

Thanks for the link Gluegun. I emailed all the cheaper places, so under $60. There's $20 difference between the cheapest & djmart, thants a lot of money when I convert it back into South African Rands.
But that is the only place that I have seen so far that will ship overseas.

if possible - i suggest working for a dot-com that will be going under, getting into their soundroom and using the MDR-7506's as part of your severance package
i found this to save $ and be most effective.

Nonono!! It's easiest just to sneak in to your local TV or Radio Station, and rip off a pair! All of them have one or two or three or five.. LOL! Or, if your dotcom does video or audio work, than they'll have a pair, heheh.. |

Well! I just got some (very non-dj) headphones to listen to, and I convinced phatdelt to get the Beyer pads, and TrancEgeek just got his V6's, and is like, and I quote, "DUDE I ING LOVE THESE HEADPHONES!!!!!!" unquote, and El~Zapo is gonna get the V6's, as are one or two other Tranceaddicts...
Heheheh.

That's exactly what I said and I stand by it!! These headphones are amazing!! Exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Gluegun, again, hehe!! Just one more week for my dt-250 pads to come in, whoo hoo!!!
I recommend V6's to anyone!!! |
