| All this talk about headphones is driving me nuts... I've spent the last three weeks waiting for etronics to get the V6s back in stock (they have them for $60, while all the other places online have them for at least $70... or is there another site where I can find them for $60 or less?... yes, I am cheap :tongue2)... well, I can't wait... and thanks to you guys for the helpful info. |

Do you have any idea how much more OVER $70 the MDR-V6's are worth? Just buy it for $69.95 at hogwild or millionbuy or something...
If you wanna lowball, get a set of Sennheiser HD212 Pro's at the cheapest place... |

I'm sticking with the V6s... especially because of your feedback; also, etronics said that they're going to get a shipment next week, so I might as well wait. |

So, any updates? Did you get them? |

I just built myself a Cmoy Headphone amplifier. This thing is great in conjunction with inefficiant phones (like my AKG401, or any other high impedance phones).
Boosts the output, adds bass, and increases sound quality. |

Do you know how I can tell that those headphones are the notorious silver Sonys, and that the glasses are actually a separate piece - just by looking at the area of the picture that shows where the glasses frame and the headband are joined? First, Yahel's glasses seem to have been custom-made especially for him. The piece goes on top of his head, rather than just clipping onto his ears. And as far as I can tell the V700DJ's headband just sits on top of the eyeglass frame. |
