sorry for the late update... but i needed a little time to get used to the v6s... and wow... they are awesome. i love the soud on them. amazing. so crisp, it's great. i definately didn't have this with my previos headphones (crap sonys...). but i love the v6s, although i was expecting a little more bass, but otherwise, they're breautiful.

as for the yahel headphone/glasses:
you can clearly tell that the headphones and the glasses are separate just by looking at the top of his head where the two meet... you can see how the headphones go over the glasses. also, the glasses are some new model from oakley (i believe). a bunch of bikers use them on the tour de france, and i've seen them in stores too... don't know if they're that comfortable, but definately original looking.

Well i got the Hd280 pro's some 3 days ago..i can say that they've much improved over 45 hours of playing..so im really satisfied and impressed with the clarity of these beasts!
So far i've found about 10 songs from my mp3 col. that begin with clicks i couldnt recognise before..bad rips u see!It can be annoying but thats the detail they get into.
The bass has much improved and i hope i gets even better in the hours to come!
Isolation is gr8,u just cant listen to anything else if u have music going through those in your ears(have yet to try them in a club but im sure they'll do good..and if u have probs listening u might as well put both cups on).
Im a bit dissatisfied with the grip..its too tight..but thats gonna fix on its own soon i guess(as it becomes used to my head)!
These are massive for electronica(all sorts of it) and perform fairly well into other music style categories too..especially in the soft bass-melody ones.
They're big, i know, but they can be real cute side-swivelled half-beside-your-head.Not exactly portable but they can be driven by almost anything(discmans etc.).I'd really love to try them out through an amplifier,im sure they will kick major ass.
Anyone here using them as portables? reactions of people seeing them on the road:)?
As for warm ears,i havent had em yet but it still cold here..lets hope the phenomenon wont appear!
Thats my review and 2 cents,i'd like to compare someday to v6 though(for a more all-around opinion)..but take my word,u'll hardly be dissapointed but these cans.theyre awesome on that pricerange.
Off to more break-in.

Okay, those are the Sony MDR-7506's. And for $175???

Seriously, that's almost FULL MSRP of those 7506's! :wtf: I've paid just $99.99 at a brick-and-mortar pro-audio store for those phones. The 7506's sound good, and have ungodly bass extension - but the grating highs make them quite fatiguing for extended listening. I call 'em Gratos (in no way affiliated with Grado Labs).
