the speakers are shielded.. its fine.. plus all my files are on the network, that PC just has final scratch and the O/S installed.. im not worried about it, its been fine for 6 months
yeah sometimes i need to sit.. on the weekends i usually spin for 3 to 6 hours straight so ill get shinplints and need to sit for a few minutes to recuperate |

im allmost allways sitting down when spinning at home, but thats only cuz im on my feet for 8 hours a day usually at work and dont have the NRG to stand up anymore when i get home. |
