After approximately 3 years having left the scene, I bought a new set up and am excited to start up again! I'm pretty much de-rusting on all the basics but am aspiring to build a hybrid vinyl and ableton live based set.

Haha thanks man. You have a good memory, actually it was a djm800, pair of cdj800mk2's, pair of cdj200's and a few midi controllers (including the remote sl zero you mentioned). |

I sold my skydiving gear when I quit the sport ;) easily $5000 worth of gear. Plus I have a sweet job.
Edit to add:
Also the Xone:4D only cost me $2100 because I found it for cheap online and AGIPRODJ Price-matched it for me. Those guys are really committed to excellent service and they got it to me for that price brand new, factory sealed in less than a week...no b-stock/refurb/etc. |
