Here is my setup, as for today (got my first mk2) yesterday :) I'll get the second one in a few weeks. Can't wait! Still don't have any proper slipmats or needles though. Ordered a pair of Vandit slips just a few hours ago, and a pair of Shure White Labels yesterday along with four records:
Marco V vs. Jens - Loops & Things (relooped)
Motorcycle - ATRC
PvD - Nothing byt you
Tim Deluxe - Less talk, more action
I know they aren't the most up to date records, but they'll do fine as for educational purposes, even though they are all very different tunes. :|
Here's my setup:
2x Pioneer CDJ-500s
1x Technics SL1210Mk2 (Make that 2x in a week or two - they were out of stock :whip: )
1x Numark DM3002X (I hate this mixer)
1x Sony 700's

Bummer. My DM-3000X is holding up great except the xfader leaks sometimes if you push it hard against one side. That is no big deal because I use the faders but when those start to leak I will be screwed... into buying a PCV-275 :D |

I reckon you should stop using the xfader and just use the channel volume. Mucho control.
at least thats ah what I think. |

That is what I mean when I say I use the faders not the xfader. I guess I could be more explicit and say I use the UP faders. I do turn on the crossfader from time to time and use it when I try and improve me pathetic scratching skills. |

Hey guys, my first post here. :stongue: Anywho, this is my OLD setup... my new setup doesn't have Technics anymore and instead I have 2x Pioneer CDJ-1000MKII's. I'll post a new pic when I get it. I hope to have vinyl turntables pretty soon again. :)
