Sick system Trinity, that Urei looks nuts in there, there really just don't make them like they used to, so that Furman System Monitor is that JUST to show you the level inputs of the music so you don't clip, or does it do anything else?
I don't see your Bozak anywhere, you don't want it to feel left out, how bout send it to me, I'll give it a good home:D . |

the furman just monitors the dignal so i don't clip.....also that thing is ultra accurate it goes in increments of .5 dB so it has a lED for say -1 dB - .5 dB 0dB + .5 dB +1dB etc etc

both have 3 original phono cards....the urei i paid $1600 and the bozak $800 but i got a new faceplate and I replaced all the pots
and added some addition line inputs on the bozak.....prolle could get 1500 for it now.I was offered 1400 and i not selling it.....although i found out today that allen heath EQ Isolator for the V6 can be used with ANY mixer ....the only hitch is u have to use the allen heath V6 power supply which cost 700 bucks.....so the isolator is 799 +700 for power supply....unless i can find some tech guru who can maybe bootleg the power supply....
i really don't use the eq's much but the A&H isolator which just be insane on the set up.......i think i have to get.....it be a real nice luxury to have
so if i have to sell either the bozak or urei to finance the isolater the bozak might have to go!! |

A&H isolator would be nice, but it's just not reasonable. IF you can still find a Electrix eq-killer you might wanna give that a try, it would be cheaper and still really high quality. |

i have access to 2 of them for total of $200 which can give me eqing on 4 channels....i going to get them and try them.....thanx for the recommendation,,,,,,i just hear they break alot or something |

| forgive my ignoarance...but doesn't using that Urei mixer substantially cut down on the ability to mix seamlessly? I would think not having eqs or filters would really suck? Idk, maybe I'm mssing something. i remember you had an A&H and Rane...those seem like better mixers than this one... |

i have always mixed without EQ's i only used them for tricks or what not.......could they help certain mixes of course....required i don't think so.....just my opinion
here is a mix i did on the bozak with using just the knobs....u decide
if the mixing is clean or not...
