Two of my three CDJ-800s have had their motor die out (that's the only thing I can figure is wrong) from constant use over a 3+ year period. As a result, this is my temporary setup until I can afford new ones. Don't get me wrong, I love Ableton and certainly see the appeal, I just prefer to spin on actual decks.
- Powerbook
- Radium-49
- EFX-500
- Xone:62

And something random I snapped...

Ahh, I doubt it. You do realise that the huge fuck-off silver cabinet in the back center of this setup is a bassbin...

Can it shake windows that are outside the room? If you put it to +10 will it make your hearing go away for a half hour? I want to know |

I have similar stands, but they're from On Stage. They were listed in a post a long time ago in this thread, with a buy one get one free deal (free shipping).
I think the price I paid was in the $70 range. American Music Supply now has them listed for $85. =(

I've seen similar stand design in a local music shop, I wasn't too sure about them personally. Very wobbly. On the other hand they placed a Pioneer DVJ 1000 on top and it still works :P. It did go all over the place though when you get a bit to enthusiastic hehe. |
