| what type of noise are u experiencing? the buzzing or the watery sound? i had the watery sound when i was using fs 1 and i upgraded and it went away. i do have bg noise that sounds like a hum, but when i used a gli on my mixer it went away. where did you put your gli? |

| i too hate using gli's. they color the sound. i suggest upgrading for sure. 1.1 fixed all my problems. |

I love my setup (cramped clutter > neat and tidy), but Im getting rid of the Denon DN-9000s and getting a pair of Pioneer CDJ800s instead. the 0.1% pitch increment on the denon isnt cutting it. other than that setback, the denon a beautifal piece of machinery - definitely the best dual CD player on the market... Im gonna miss the dual 15 second samplers, alpha track, mirror mix, built in effects (though I never used them cause the DJM3000 is an effects tank), and that great layout
Im sooo used to the Denon 9000s, its gonna take a while getting used to the Pioneer take on CD use. but all in all, a pair of CDJ800 is much better for prodj use than the denon 9000 - the main reason being the 0.5% pitch increments (the CDJ1000MK2 has 0.02% pitch increments, but its way out of my price range) |
