What made you want to buy the Nuo4 when you've only got two turntables? Do you use the midi with a pc or whatever? |

I'm planning on getting some cdj's to add to my setup soon. I'm not a big cd person, but since it's so widely used now days, I thought it would be good to get the feel of it. I also have torq on the way, which I should have already received! Don't ever order anything from TOPDJGEAR.com by the way.. Read my post about it on the DJBooth Forum. :whip:  :whip: But anyways, I wanted a 4 channel mixer to add cdj's, and I figured that since the NUO4's are such quality mixer within my price range(I've read alot of great reviews about the Nuo4's), why not. I know it doesn't look right with just 2 tt's.. but that'll change as soon as I include other additions to my setup as planned. I had this mixer for about 4 month now and still very happy with it. :happy2: |

In my opinion, sound is excellent. I compared these with few others at Guitar Center, and found that it had the most clear sound among them. You can hear every bit of details in the songs, but a sub is needed for sure to get the full effect. I live in an apartment where I can't crank the music much, so it's more than enough. But I think it's all preference when it comes to monitors..I was considering couple others before I went to check em out, but the sales man offered a deal that I couldn't pass on. I got a pair of those for $500~ which is a great deal. :happy2: |

they are really nice monitors
i have behringer truth B2031A's and i found they are very neutral... i just recently added the Truth sub to my setup and its massive... i like it alot better, i can now get some really nice bass lines... the monitors alone just werent enuf
stanton have a nice equivalent of the KRK v6, they are the exact same built, components etc just different color and brand... they are a bit cheaper than the v6's... just thought anyone interested in v6 monitors might find that bit of info handy when it comes to buying
