| I have another question. Seeing as you have the new technics phones, and the pioneer 1000's side by side, which do you think is better? |

nifty setup indeed, but when you crank the speakers do the needles on your turntables pick up the vibration of the table? |
Nope, crank the volume up to max (hella loud) and has no effect on the decks :D
Considering they are on 2 200W speakers with 18" woofers, I do admit I am surprised it doesnt cause any problems :) |

My guess is the wood is heavy/thick enough to absorb most of the vibration before it gets to the decks.
But that's just a guess :toothless |

Cool to see more and more people in the Benelux have those "super OEM" turntables, i have those SynQ's too and i wouldn't trade them for anything else! You still have the original Stanton cartridges? |

wow!!! that's one of the reasons why i chose the Empath over the mp2016 in the end too.
I think we think too much alike. We both have the same carts, and other stuff too Kinetic. |
hehe...I guess great minds think alike;) ;) |

the combined weight of the table, decks, amp, small speakers as well as the fact that the peice if wood that rests on the speakers is only attached to the legs via screws not directly defers the vibrations.
either that or kr00t0n can't tell if it jumps
Thats my guess
