i need to take some new pictures of my setup.
it's nothing special.
djm-500
3 x tech 1200mk2
cdj-1000mk2
cdj-500II (yes it still works but can't wait to get my second 1000)
hdj-1000 headphones
bunch of computer crap, records and whatnot.
the last picture i took was a while ago. i'd take some now but my mixer is with someone else and they better bring it back today. haha |

Well my freind Alex is basically like a professional photographer, he does all my promo face shots and to, the camera he uses is a Digital Rebel, and the way we got that lighting was I took a desk lamp and held it a ways back, came out great. lol yyea that's me... :D the most recent ones of his studio aren't up there but I have some older ones of his on my site... yea i'm working on more and will put more of his up in a bit...

I think AVB actually uses that mixer at home... I also find longer faders nicer.. Easier to create a smooth transition.

Here is my humble set up -
2x Gemini TT's (only needed some cheap ones at the moment)
1x Gemini PMX mixer
1x 5:1 surround sound system
1x Evolution Midi Controller
1x Athlon 2.4G PC Running Cubase, Reason
Im moving house soon so hope to build a purpose built studio, as in this pic I had to just make the best of the space I had, but its tidy! |
