the height is adjustable to 3 different heights. u can also make them standalone (like mine in the picture), clamped to the table, or clamped to a turntable flight case. the width is only adjustable by an inch. they are pretty sturdy, as long as u dont have them on the tallest height setting. i love them a lot. i have used them in the club 2x now and they look sexy in my home set up. |

nope they are not screwed into the table at all. they stand on their own. |

| Jog is pressure sensitive, so putting a weight on them for a long time could damage the jog. |

I've posted pictures of my setup before, but since I had the week off I decided to make some modifications.
The big one was raising the whole desk up 6 inches. I managed to find some new legs at Ikea that are extensible up to 46" (if you wanted to). And they look very similar to the original legs, so that's a plus (its a nice desk).
I also angled the CDJ's, and added the LED lighting :)
