I am planning on buying a CDJ1000mk2 for that purpose of dropping samples, accapellas, beat jugglings, my own edits/remixes of tracks etc. $1500 for something to do that with, and yes it will be worth it! :D Having a third, fourth, fifth, etc deck is not excessive for some DJ's.
