Two laptops, what apps where you using? Serato/FS and Ableton? Or is one for music and the other for TA?
I also just noticed that it changes from djm to xone. How many people at that party braught equipment? |
It was a "party" for just three of us. There are two laptops, one for Serato and one for Audacity to record the entire night (I would've ran Ableton on it, but forgot to bring an extra cord). Each of us brought different equipment... Nou brought the Techs, DJM, and one CDJ. I brought two CDJs, the Xone, and the EFX. DJFreaq brought Serato. |

Creatine supplements are the key... |

all they did for me was give me a bigger belly and farts that could choke a dead donkey |
I'd like to think they do. There is nothing magical about it, the whey is just straight up protein. I drink 2 glasses of milk/day with two scoops of the stuff each time. Gets me 100g of protein extra per day on top of all the real food I eat.
The creatine I can't really vouch for 100%, I just started a two month ago. From what I can tell, I don't know if its that I'm working out harder or not but I've seen bigger gains this year then I have almost all of last year. |

you've you have done the loading phase with the creatine you should be able to see the gains after a month, but then again creatine doesnt work for all. |

yep. load up for 5 days (20-25 grams/day) then just take 5 grams before AND after your workouts for about 3 months. take a month off, then repeat. the key ingredient is WATER if you want creatine to work. all creatine does is make your muscles absorb more water.
more water = more muscles
also, as far as protein goes, if you are trying to get buff (like Ygrene), take 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh
whey protein works better than soy but i prefer soy cus im a vegetarian :)

I think I loaded 15g for like 3-4 days and now I just have a sugary drink (powerade/fruit smoothie) with 5g after working out. :nervous:
I don't think loading is that important, I read somewhere that a lot of it is marketing to get you to just use more of the creatine. Anyway, back to pics of peoples set-ups. |
