| haha, that's what I get for being at work and writing that post a little bit at a time while constantly being interrupted. It's good that our posts agree though, otherwise we'd really confuse him ;) |

Firstly, IntegraR0064, Demoted and june139 - Thank you all.
I think I am going to with the stuff you guys suggested. I looked up on ebay for these products and here are the costs I am getting:
1x Stanton Pro DJ 3000s - $100.
1x Numark DXM 06 - $115 ... This is used but in good condition according to the seller.
2x Pioneer CDJ 200's ~ $300 x2 = $600
Are these prices good. I am getting all of these from ebay. The pioneers are killing me, lol and you need 2 of them - holy..
I have pretty sweet Logitech speakers with my computer so I dun need the Alesis Monitor 1 MKII you guys were talking about.
Btw, whats the diff. between monitors and speakers??
So what do you guys feel about this?
This should be an interesting investment...:) |

Monitors are more meant for at-home mixing, they usually provide cleaner sound and are smaller than regular speakers. It allows you to, basically, monitor what you're doing, be it a production, or mixing. Speakers are there more for the crowd so that they can listen to it.
Monitors usually face the dj, so you can tell them apart by that in the club. |
Oh okie, so I guess my speakers will be fine. As far as I am concerned my current speakers = monitors. |

i'd suggest the Sony MDR-V6 or MDR-7506 headphones (one or the other, they are the same). So many people here use them its not funny (myself included), they all recommend them for they are a great headphone, and I think you can get them cheaper than $100. |

I bought It atDänisches Bettenlager.
You can store nearly 600 Vinyls in it and it´s very solid.
And after all I like the wood design and the set fits perfect on it. |
