I hate my neighbors kid with a passion because he is a fire bug and all. Because that he started his parents house on fire in backyard while he was alone and they out and all at a dinner party. When he did that the fire spread fast and by the time fire department got there my new house I had just brought caught on fire to.
His parents house went up in smoke and my new house with my studio I was building that was 98% complete was destroyed along with 60% of the house. Lucky for me and the wife we about move stuff out of the apartment in morning to the new house so we didn't lose a think.
So we where lucky in ways. But out tons money from buying that house and for remodeling a room to a sound proof studio and all new carpet and paint in house to. So the pictures of the room I posted in earlier post on this thread was like only 1 month before the fire happened. The last of carpet was replaced the day before fire.
Right now we still waiting to see if judge has make the parents of that kid pay for our loss. |

man... that sux balls. the parents definitely should pay for the loss. it's for sure that the kid caused the fire, so why shouldn't they?
are they denying to pay for the damages? |

Yeah man, insurance should cover something like that. Its why you pay for it. And if yours doesn't, theirs will. |
