And probably the most complete source of LOST info: www.lostpedia.com
Although I have the feeling pretty much everyone posting in this thread knows about that site :p

can't wait.
they've lost the mystery of the show mid-season 2. then it just became them bitching about how they're on the island. if they can recapture the mystery as it was in season 1, they're golden. i still want an explanation of the 4 toed statue, think that can bring around a lot f mystery

There's still plenty of mystery to go around...
The four-toed statue
The 'Black Smoke'
The Widmore vs Ben thing
What the is Christian doing in the island? (if you've seen the mobisodes then this becomes even more ed up)
;)

well, the black smoke was kind of explained, but i do understand what you mean, wasn't too in-depth.
the four toed statue i think calls for some immense omgwtf moments
The17sss
TranceGiant
Shocking picture of another link between an ancient culture and the DHARMA Initiative!!
(Look closely at the shirt!)
(p.s.: The fifth season is supposedly all about the history of the island+dharma anyway).

Many people are saying that on this video, Faraday is probably behind the camera:
It does sound like his voice. :o
And these are the latest promos for season 5, the first one lasts for almost 3 minutes:
Very cool stuff is shown on all 3.
If you look closely, Locke appears to bleed. Remember that the writers have confirmed that "dead on the island means dead".
Now, with all the time-travelling going on and keeping in mind that the writers have made a big deal out of emphasizing that it's not only a question of "where" is the island but also "when"...did Locke have to travel through time in order to find Jack, Hurley, and everyone else he contacted while off the island?
Could he have died outside the island as a result of getting killed on the island? (on the first promo I posted, the one that lasts 2:51, you can see Locke falling from a cliff...apparently the same cliff where Boone died). Remember his death is not clear, and they only "assumed" it was suicide. ;)
Think "Matrix" if you wish, lol.

WHY WHY WHY are people so obsessed with the four-toe statue?? It's just a ing statue! Maybe it was just designed that way. !

I noticed a flashing logo during the long promo, and after several attempts I was finally able to capture it:
I googled "Ajira Airways" and came up with this site, which is obviously part of the viral marketing for the show:
Along with a lot of other links to Lost forums who found this before I did, lol.

When you put it together with all the weird time-travelling stuff, the ancient hieroglyphics on the island, the fact that an anthropologist was sent on Widmore's team, and the fact that the producers have stated it IS relevant it is kind of mind-ing, don't you think?

no one forgets a toe
reason people are so obsessed with it is because the episodes gave it so much attention, and it was really one of the things that stood out
stren
what 4 toe statue ? the one on the shore, that was shown for a few seconds ?
