He says he needs to show them something. I would guess by doing something to trigger them to remember a glimpse of their other true life like Charlie did to him when he drove the car into the water. |

honestly, these random meetings of people from the past seem to have absolute no meaning lol. it's just so obvious and predictable, all these scenes seem like time wasters
so far, i dislike this episode. i don't care about what happened to him when he never landed on the island because it's pointless. they've made it so apparent that all that matters is what happens to them ON the island. this season blows dick |

they're hammering home that true love will save the day. not a good episode, and yes seems as they're trying to stretch this out a bit. they never should have done the two realities, like there wasn't already enough complications with the time travel. they've thrown everything but the kitchen sink at you, and going to tie up nice and clean with true love over comes evil. blah blah blah |

| why dont they get explaining more about the black smoke character? and when will he change forms to his original self? He seems to like being Locke. Too many unanswered questions, we have to wait years to get answers and now they want to give us answers probably in the last couple of episodes. And the candidates, why so many of them? and what happens where there is one left? will they get the same powers as the guy before? |

when he talked with kate an episode or 2 ago he mentioned something like "long ago, before i looked like this"...implying that he can't really go back to his original form. |
