Not sure on this one. The actor got into a kerfuffle with the producers as he thought he wasn't being paid enough compared to the other actors, and he also has other projects on the go, so I don't know, how or if they'll ever resolve this storyline, bear in mind that Ben told him "you'll never be able to find this island".

**SPOILERS**
Hmmm, ok so let me get this straight... Blonde bitch was sent to the island to help figure out a solution to the infertility problem with the women on the island that is apparently occuring. There is this notion that the island has some healing property that apparently prevents Cancer, but we are then lead to believe that's not entirely true since Ben gets cancer of the spine BUT blonde bitch (I just like referencing her like that) emphasizes to Ben that it's a "tumor" hinting that it may not be cancerous... Come to think of it I don't think they ever confirmed it was cancer, even Jack wouldn't be able to tell without tests.
So I dunno... Still more to figure out. The nex 5 episodes should be good. Unfortunately we had to wait until the end to get things really juicy.
