There's speculation that the specials (Destination Lost and Lost: Revelation) are actually narrated by "Him" (the leader of the Others). It wouldn't be too farfetched if He saw everything that was happening on the island. Watch for Peter Coyote in the credits in the future.

I still think the hatch is a fake psychological experiment

This is completely farfetched, but so are all the possible theories, but imagine if at the end, the others and the losties said that the entire thing was a psychological experiment on us, the viewers. It was used to see how much we would get into this show and how many websites would people set up and all the alternate reality games, etc etc etc. Of course several things would have to be thrown out the window.

I would think they have made quite a bit of cash already from Lost. Besides, how long do sitcom and tv drama writers' careers last usually? :D

JJ abrams cant be hurting for cash. First Felicity, then Alias, now lost and MI:3.

listen to the may 26th podcast by Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, they say many questions will be answered in the first 7 episodes which will end in november with a cliffhanger.

Everytime you push the button is equivalent to watching the show... resetting when the show for a new season so it doesn't get cancelled :D

Woah. I was able to successfully identify MC Gainey on an old episode of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. 1993 episode where they hire an ex-con named Luther. Mr. Gainey was much bigger back then, girth-wise. :p

By the way, you guys probably know him better as Mr. Friendly.
