Yes this. It's pretty straight forward some of you are making it more complicated than it needs to be.
Laughing at MIB going all MacGyver and telling vikings how to create a teleporter out of wheel and a hole in a rock. :stongue:
Jacob comes off a whiny douche who does whatever a lady who killed his mom says. "got have faith... |

Its kind of funny that you never find out MIB's name throughout the show. I wonder if that plays any significance?
(or is it Burt and I just missed it?) |

yeah... what a little punk. I almost felt that Jacob was the "evil guy". |

i don't think the point is to explain every mystery. i doubt any character on the show has a full understanding of the island's mysteries, whether it's the metaphysical or scientific side of the phenomena... even the god-like characters. so why should we be able to fully understand it?
i do admit some of the mysteries will piss me off if completely unanswered. i really hope we find out what the general "rules" of seeing dead people on/off the island are for one.
i think the important thing about this season is the characters (the originals at least) are leaving an endearing lasting impression of what they are all about, for the most part... as sappy as the side universe is it's showing their true character, i feel like i don't need to learn any more about them.
this last episode kind of sucked though. some of these new episodes just don't have the same production quality as the rest of the series. the scene where kid jacob first saw the group of men looked like a scene from the hercules series or some . |

| I'm disappointed with the episode, expected to see Zena or at least a wizard. |

i think they did a good job of matching the kids up with their older counterparts.
there were a couple shots where the kids had a look in their eye that was perfectly like the older versions looks we've seen before. |

Latin.
The episode explains MIB's point of view better. He's been trapped on this island for thousands of years, and his fate was chosen for him. He is desperately trying to make his own path by leaving the island. |

yeah... thats what i felt during the show. I actually think of him being less "evil". He's become what his adopted mother did not intend. A person with desires, a need, blah blah blah |

Yes, this was like some World of Warcraft wizards and magic . :stongue: |

Yeah I have no idea why the people are making it even more complicated lol.
I loved how MIB was like "we have some very smart people here." Because you know, I'd have thought you would have needed like all the smartest people in history to do that, so it's lucky that they were all on one boat that crashed there.
Jacob seemed like a this episode, not going to lie.
Definitely explains why MIB told (Kate I think) that he turned out the way he was because his mom was crazy and it ed him up. |

I think it's going to be explained later. They said it has significance. Though maybe the significance is that he doesnt have one *shrug*.
Who knows. It's Lost. |
