| i really liked the one when they confronted the others [despite the fact nothng happened] but EP12 completely sucked. it was a bit too out there, and we have enough backstory on established characters anyway |

I do admit i got into Lost a lot more last season. I still watch it but last season the unknowns seemed much more powerful like the hatch, the monster in the jungle, the black rock, the others, the numbers, etc. The unknowns this season just aren't as exciting.
They still never mentioned where that big ass wire coming out of the ocean is going to.... |

| Basically a episode. We found out that charlie had a piano. Wow. I agree that this season has kinda gone downhill but hopefully the last few eps will more than make up for it. |

I think there needs to be some character buildup in a series like this, they cant stop now when they have already told so many stories. Besides it wasn't just about charlie having a piano, it was his saviour and always became his downfall, which left him with nothing.
Anyone else notice at the start there was a picture or jesus getting baptised as charlie walks down the stairs on xmas morning. Gotta love the subtle things in this show, also makes you wonder why they put the word "fate" on his knuckles, when he was trying to get the baby outta the piano.
Once again i dont get a lot of things, which will probably never ever get answered the rate the shows going, but why the did locke save the statues? |

| I just saw an episode last night. It was about Charlie having baby dreams and the kid having baptized. It was the most GAYEST, STUPIDEST episode I've ever seen. 'Lost' is losing his respect! :whip: especially that baptizin' part was 'OMFG: not this crap again!' 'not in LOST!!' |

L O S T is all about $$$, I think there going to drag it out to about 5-6 Episodes, Just like the Sopranos, As more money is being pumped into this project, the longer it will drag out, we can see there are lots of unanswered questions, we hardly got anywhere in Episode One, The series is loosing its creditibility due to the complexity of each Persons background story on the film and how they all ended up on the island in the first place. Questions that need to be answered.
-Where are these Numbers from and why are they on the Hatch ?
-Why are all the Children Being Kidnapped ?
-Who are adam and eve found in the Cave ?
-What the hell is this security system ?
-Why are these planes/Boats crashing on this Island ?
-Wheres Jack's Dad's Dead Body ?
-Where did that huge polarbear come from ?
-What does Locke Belive In, Does he know something ?
-These are just the a few Questions and there are lots more.
Either the Director is going to have to think of a really awesome ending or this series is going to be " LOST ". They can't expect people to follow the whole thing, even if you miss one series you could loose the plot.

Yeah I understand that. For character buildup, take Eko's episode for example. We found out all about him and realized how he got to where he is and why he carries around a Jesus stick. We also got to see that black fog like thing. That was a good episode. But this one was just kind of melodramatic and didnt really reveal anything about the island. Im not saying that every episode needs to have one of those moments, but at least keep giving us some new clues or raise some new questions. I just think the writers can do better. |

I'm pretty sure that's where we're headed. Or else we may even stop as they're planning the battle. I was hoping the next would be the last season, but i'm increasingly starting to feel like theyre gonna stretch this out till it stops making money.
I think this week sucked because they really built it up in previews with the fire and someone snatching the baby, and what it ended up being was just lame. First of all, as if Charlie was even remotely a realistic heroin addict, and secondly no one cares about him. After talking with many people about the show, here's roughly what I think some of the priorities are:
1. What are we gonna do about the Others and who is the spy in Jack's camp?
2. Whats the story on the Dharma Project, hatch, etc. Is this island their creation?
3.When are we going to rescue Walt and the others from the rear of the plane?
4. When is Kate, Anna Lucia, or the older token black lady gonna get naked?
5. Is the plane crashing coicidental? |
