I really hope that they don't get too much into this whole new group of passengers like they will be another "Others", we don't need a whole new cast to learn about and get involved with. |
Most likely, they're going to do it. If they did short flashbacks for Lepedius, Charlotte, Faraday, and Miles, then most likely they're going introduce a new set of people on the island. Hey they're on the island so might as well introduce them. :p
i want to get to know Richard Alpert more. They have to do one kind of cheesy flashback for him. |

| see that's what i respect about ben, i love how he can manipulate people and play their emotions. i just think that ben knows something whidmore doesn't, and therefore is trying to protect the island in really odd ways |

Awesome episode, they just keep getting better and better.
| quote: | | Originally posted by LeopoldStotch Did Lepedius do it again? Land the plane safely on the ground without crashing like he did with the helicopter? |
It would appear so, you could see almost the entire fuselage of the plane in one piece at one part.
| quote: | | Originally posted by LeopoldStotch What's Cesar's connection to the island? He looks destined to be on the island? |
At one point, I thought he was put on the plane by Widmore.
| quote: | | Originally posted by LeopoldStotch How did the passengers get hurt? We always thought the island was magical, and no one ever got injured, unless if the island is starting to lose it's powers? |
A lot of people got hurt and died during the first crash and got hurt and died during their stay on the island. Remember Boone? The agent that was escorting Kate?
| quote: | Originally posted by LeopoldStotch The whole scene with the rowing boats, the airplane by the shore, and the passengers migrating ..... is this the same group that leftover material when Swayer, Jin, and Julliette got to the shore and found airline material?
a lot of questions................ |
Most likely. I don't know if anyone here noticed yet, but the O6 and the rest of the passengers (including Locke and Ben) appear to be on different times. Jack, Kate, Hurley (and probably Sayid and Sun too) are most likely in the 1970s while the rest of the plane crashed in 2007 (the same time that they were before crashing).
So, it is also very likely that the people on the small boat that were chasing Locke, Sayer, Juliet, etc and shooting at them were in fact some survivors from the Ajira crash.
The way I see it, we are getting more answers than questions this season, so far. |

| I'm going to be pissed if Locke has another 5 minute conversation with Ben and they're back to being on the same side. How many crappy things has Ben done to Locke? He shot him and left him for dead, and now actually did kill him...not to mention the other things he's done. I'm really hoping Locke has the guts to go against Ben, but I'm sure that won't happen. |

A Richard Alpert flashback and a Jacob/Jack's dad flashback would be awesome to see how they fit into all this. Richard Alpert seems like the King right now haha |

| I'm thinking Richard Alpert/Jacob/Smoke Monster are all saved for the endgame close to the series finale, perhaps in a bizzarely disturbing Twin Peaks black lodge style :wtf: |

i liked how that scene where john was going to hang himself, ben was on his knees begging him and locke was crying and had his arms opened. very bible-esque
ben = judas
locke = jesus |

| one main feature i love about Lost is the writers love to use famous philosophical, religious, or mythological stories, epics, or writings in the storylines. :p |

most likely he knew about Eloise Hawking, but he didn't know where she was or how she was connected to the existence of the island. Maybe Ben wanted to find a way back to the island after "sacrificing" himself the first time round. |

i was always under the impression ben could go and come back to the island when ever he wanted. He did have a shocked look on his face as soon as locke mentioned eloise. Might it have something to do with the fact widmore knew about eloise, is that how he found the island from the freighter? |

i believe they found the island from the freighter by the 4 peeps (lepedius, charlotte, farraday, miles) and the butch captain. i don't think they mentioned eloise helping them find the coordinates to the island, but i may be wrong.
as for ben, i don't think he knows how to go back to the island. he knew how to get off, but he never knew how to go back until he met Eloise. Speaking of Ben, i wonder who that woman in the butcher shop was? |
