Maybe they don't know of his existence. Or, well, they did monitor him for 1 or 2 years living on that bunker. Maybe they think he's dead, or managed to get the out from the island. Or they're the ones who made him come back with his boat.
It's an interesting question for sure. Wtf is his relation with the others. |
