the whole desmond being able to tell the future was pathetic, i dont think it had any point in the series at all. it was just a lame way to kill off charlie, who didn't have to die to begin with
some things were just rushed in the show, and most things weren't explained enough or at all

if anyone has seen the latest Lost promo commercial(s), they show Charlie asking "where are we?". now we all know he is dead, but could that be a small peak into telling us the show is resurrecting him? :conf:
hopefully not, because if so, that'll be lame.

I was the biggest Lost junkie for a while. I've been patient with its ups and downs, because anything of quality invariably goes through that. When they started time traveling five times an episode, I was ready for them to wrap it up.
I still want to throw it in Kate though.
If Juliette wanted in, I wouldn't kick her out.

their promo's for season 6 consist of scenes from previous seasons. they're not showing any season 6 footage.

My entire problem with the series is that it relies almost entirely on mystery, which I’ve always felt is a cheap/lazy device to prolong interest. the exposition was simply too slow for me; imo its far harder to create a mysterious narrative that provides regular exposition and advancement of plot. i think if you crammed the entire series into 3-4 seasons, it would be a much stronger series (at least for me).
as far as i'm concerned you could skip all of season 3 and just start watching from "The Brig"
