L O S T is all about $$$, I think there going to drag it out to about 5-6 Episodes, Just like the Sopranos, As more money is being pumped into this project, the longer it will drag out, we can see there are lots of unanswered questions, we hardly got anywhere in Episode One, The series is loosing its creditibility due to the complexity of each Persons background story on the film and how they all ended up on the island in the first place. Questions that need to be answered.
-Where are these Numbers from and why are they on the Hatch ?
-Why are all the Children Being Kidnapped ?
-Who are adam and eve found in the Cave ?
-What the hell is this security system ?
-Why are these planes/Boats crashing on this Island ?
-Wheres Jack's Dad's Dead Body ?
-Where did that huge polarbear come from ?
-What does Locke Belive In, Does he know something ?
-These are just the a few Questions and there are lots more.
Either the Director is going to have to think of a really awesome ending or this series is going to be " LOST ". They can't expect people to follow the whole thing, even if you miss one series you could loose the plot.

'loosing'?
clearly your spelling is off. and why is LOST raping your psyche when its generally on *free* TV in the states.

| I think someone on another forum mentioned they repeated the numbers episode yesterday because they are going to have a new episode about the numbers next week...This on and off stuff drives me nuts, I'd rather just have all the shows in a row instead of guessing what is new or not. |

as someone mentioned with the sopranos, and other series on HBO, i believe they will bring this to four or five seasons. the difference being that HBO plays eps one after the other - the dont with you cause they have some sporting event ing with the cohesiveness.
i like sport alright, but having four eps, two weeks off, two eps and then some other weeks off is bs.
there has been a great variance in the quality of the shows. hopefully by seemingly following the hbo plan the years end will knock our socks off and the third season can be as quality as other shows such as Six Feet Under or, as i hesitate to mention, Family Guy(not hbo, shut up)
most shows dont really figure out where they are going until three seasons. the trouble is they go downhill just as fast, if not faster| |
